Room 512, Friday after Cool class

As much as Brooke would have rathered the whole disagreement with Michael to go the easy way, she had to admit she sort of dug this temporary no roommate thing. Mainly because it meant she could have company over, ahem.

After class, she came back to the room, making sure the scrunchie was still there on the outside of the door. Not that she thought Michael would get it if he came back, but it was sort of a universal warning.

"They're useful for some things," she said, totally innocently of course.

"I'd say quite a few," Peter replied back in kind.

"You give good endorsements."

"You give good inspiration," Peter replied.

Grinning, she asked, "Okay, what next?"

"Next is kind of a demonstration," Peter said.

"Oh?" she said, looking interested.

Peter replied by leaning in to give her a light kiss.

She kissed him back, staying close to say, "I think that's my favorite."

"I'm pretty fond of it too," Peter admitted.

"You should be, if it's on the list."

"I'm saying I'd rank it pretty highly," Peter said.

"You'd better rank that highly," she teased.

"Close to the top," Peter said. "Though not number one."

"That'd be the way I think one," she nodded. "Good priorities."

"Thank you," Peter said. He went to try to hug her closer to him. "This would be next on the list."

"How many more do we have?" she asked, trying to remember as she snuggled against him.

"Only a few," Peter said, teasing. "Why, am I boring you?"

"Definitely not. I just like hearing about me."

"I'll have to make more lists then," Peter said. He went to kiss the top of her head. "I could go on for a while about how it's nice being with you."

"I can't really I say I hate this, either," she said, feeling pretty comfortable at the moment.

"Could do it more often," Peter suggested.

"We could," she said. "Though I don't know how long I get the room to myself." Maybe she'd try to get a single over the summer. That would help with so much. Bye bye scrunchie system.
